Dose it fit iPhone 14 plus with case on it

I don't see why it wouldn't. The iPhone 14 is a tad smaller than my Moto G Stylus (if online specs are correct.) My phone fits very nicely without the case and stays in very well. My previous phone had a case. It was held okay. I may not have tightened the sides enough, but once, when I hit the brakes too hard, it popped out. Flying Phones! I simply added a magnet to the indentation to match with the magnets in the case, and never had the problem again. But, of course, I squeezed the sides a bit harder after that, too.

will a Google Pixel 7 Pro fit in this holder?

Yes, it definitely should. My iPhone 12 in a phone cover, measures 6” x 3 1/4”. I still have at least another inch to squeeze in the sides of the holder to tighten against my phone. Height wise, still plenty of space between the top of my phone to the bottom of holder that is attached to mirror. Plus, you can adjust the holder to raise and lower your phone. I have mine all the way up and the top of my phone doesn’t interfere with my mirror. I absolutely love this set up.
