Used product without velcro strap.
Did not receive the velcro strap. The inner cover was cut open. Looked as though it was already used. Hope to get a fresh piece.

Size Mismatch Only fit for some below 5’9 ft
The size mentioned is very misleading , mentions all sizes without mentioning clearly . The size will fit big for kids and small for adults over 5’10” height , the exchange options is not available because of this and refund I don’t know how will that happen as the vendor doesn’t mention that options
