BAKLAVA BAKERY Thin Pita, 15 OZ

I do not like pita bread because it always seems so dry and thick. This Thin Pita is different. It's think and so delicious. I lightly warm them up and they soften and so great with hummus. I keep a bag in my freezer and just pull one out when I want Thin Pita. If you haven't tried this, you should. Whole Foods. has it in their store near me. One of my very favorite product.

Not necessarily the world's greatest pita bread if you want pita bread (though it's tasty enough). Where it truly excels is as a base for pizza, with a terrific crisp crust.

I liked this product, except that it was so thin that I couldn't separate the 2 sides to insert a filling. I ended up using them like a pizza base with cheese, tomatoes, etc on the top.

Honestly. This is legit. It's soft, and thin, and has a great pocket, and has that faintly sweet, floury flavor that goes along with real pita bread. Everyone who eats this gets addicted - I have had people smuggle bags out of my house, lol.

The bread is yummy but not healthy with its enriched flower and it fries out very quickly.

This pita bread remains fresh in the fridge for a long time. It is also easy to freeze. The taste blends perfectly with humus and other Mediterranean foods. Absolutely could not be happier with this product.
