Innova Advanced Heat and Massage Inversion Table

Well built, very sturdy and stable. The quality is very good, woudn't expect for such price. Assembly completed without issues, very easy if follow steps. Works well, just need to find the balance lengh. Vibration has few modes, bottom, top or both, 3 intensity settings, helps to relax back muscules and spine. Don't use heat though, maybe in the winter. Would be great if headrest was adjustible with elevation, so I use rolled towel instead to suport my neck. The only thing missing is the lock board mechanism in initial position, when not in use, but I've made it from thin metal rod where the feet rail rests on the frame stabilizer, just circled the rod aroud it. Very happy with purchase and higly recommed.

Went together great. At first I was worried but after it was all done it works great never used one before. After a few minutes upside my lower back already feels better. It was like a release for my back I not had for years. As a retired power lifter whos 42 im impressed. Good job on this one.

I bought this inversion table because I get lower-back pain, and I use an inversion table as one part of a program of back stretching to help prevent and relieve the tension which I believe is a factor in causing pain. I used to have a simpler, more basic inversion table, but when I moved I decided on this one because of the heat/vibrator pad and the extended ankle-release bar. And the cost seemed low for the features. Assembly: One look at the package contents and I knew there was no way I could assemble this table. (I assembled my previous one myself.) I paid a professional to assemble it, and he had to make several calls to the manufacturer and get a replacement for one of the cross-posts that was drilled crooked. The instructions were unclear on several points and he had to get advice from them more than once. The company was very responsive and shipped the replacement part properly. On a scale of one to five I give them a 1 for manufacture and a 5 for service. The heat function is slow to warm up and then gets too hot for my comfort. I probably will not use it. I like the vibrator function. It seems to help relax the muscles which helps with the stretching. The post that holds the foot rest is wobbly. I judge this to be a risk for slipping off when you step on and off. Get on and off extremely carefully. The ankle clamp will not grip my ankles firmly. One setting is too lose and the next if I forced it enough to engage would be like a bench vise screwed all the way down. It lacks an intermediate setting that would be firm but comfortable. The long ankle-release bar is very nice. My previous inversion table required me to bend all the way down to release my feet. I can reach this one with just a slight bend forward. Does it work? I have not seen any scientific studies about whether or not an inversion table relieves back pain, so all I have is my own subjective, unblinded, N=1, experience. But I think it helps. I expect to continue using it on a daily bases along with my other stretching. I can recommend this unit with reservations, if you are tolerant of some quality issues in return for an attractive price, and if you are mechanically inclined or have access to someone who is, for the assembly process. UPDATE (four months later): I've managed to get a firmer grip from the ankle clamp by wearing shoes, which move my legs up a bit and positions the clamp lower down. It is now firm with a good grip. I went back and forth on the heat/vibrator pad, trying it with and without, and I've decided I definitely like both the heat and the vibrator. I use the vibrator on the setting that gives a steady vibration on the lower back only, since that's where my issue is. I am not a doctor, but I do think that used in conjunction with my regular stretching, the inversion table helps with my lower-back pain.

Value for the money very functional also sturdy easy to assemble. Directions are helpful. Fit the size and weight it rated for. Easy to use. Really helps relieve back pain over time.

Before buying my inversion table I was dealing with steady, consistent, and worsening lower back pain. Now, the pain is virtually non-existent! Over the last month and half that I've had the table, I have inverted for 5-10 minutes at a time, 2-3 times a day. The table has 5 settings for different degrees of inversion. 1 is the least and is barely inverted at all up to 5 which is completely upside down. I've gradually increased from the 1 all the way to the 5. The heated back massager makes this table so much better than a different one that I tried before buying this one. The massager hits the back right where it needs to so that it greatly increases the effectiveness of the table. My back pain is virtually non-existent at this point and the regular use of my table keeps my back feeling completely relaxed and wonderful. This table is easy to assemble and is extremely well made. I highly recommend it to anyone who deals with lower back pain. It's been a lifesaver!

Seems to be really good quality! Much more comfortable than the one I had before. Heat and massage is very nice addition. I tried to put it together on a Friday night after a few cocktails 🍸... don't 🤣. It went together perfectly on Saturday morning . I would definitely recommend this . My girlfriend is a massage therapist and said this is a better choice than a traction table .

I have a lot of spinal issues including broken. Been through a couple of cancer surgeries recently and all of my body is now compressing my spine more and in severe pain, Lymphedema and RA. I have used DRX machines at a Chiropractor, but with my recent Double Mastectomy and Radical Hysterectomy, logically don't think having a machine pulling on the areas trying to heal would be a smart decision. I did my research and even discussed this inversion table with my spinal doctor, OBYNE, breast surgeon, and Orthopedics. My response was that Inversion Tables would be a good choice and this brand is the best that they found. It was a super good price as well and so I purchased it. Yes, it took about 3 hours to put together, but the instructions on the video online was the best to use and honestly the build made a lot of common sense to me, so putting it together again might be so much easier and memorized. The tools come with it and are nicely put on a paper base labeling each part with also the step it goes to, and shrunk wrapped to keep in place. Very nice packaging. Very well built, would trust this over any other inversion table. sturdy, and like that you do not have to go full inversion or try to balance yourself to whatever position you want, because they have a pin system to set at multiple inversions and guarantee you not to go any further upside-down if that is what you want. Problem - The claim is that it works for people from 4 foot something. I am 5 foot tall and there is not way I will be able to get on this thing. You set the height of the person with the bar that the ankle holder is on. The shorter the person, the higher step it is to get on this thing. The part that I need to stop on to was positioned at my thigh!!! I cannot lift that high and twist to get in around the bars and poles, especially with my in pain spine. I was thinking to try putting a stool or steps to walk up and get on it, but that didn't work either, because there are bars in the way and when your spine is in pain, there is no way to twist and lift around things to get on, not to mention that the moment you go to get on and your butt is pushing on the seat, you start to go backwards and you are not strapped in yet. When I put the bar to the floor on the tallest setting, I still have a hard time twisting over things but can at least step onto it, but then my head is where my butt should be on the cushion, and once you are on the table, you cannot move the foot bar because your weight is on it. Another product where the videos show such ease in and out and use of it, when it is impossible unless you are tall. My son is 5 foot 6 inches and he couldn't navigate either. I was looking into returning this, but the return policy said in un-used and same condition and boxed the same way etc. That is impossible, as the plastic they put on the back of the cushion was left on when they bolted the bar onto the back, so in order to bolt to the frame you have to break through the plastic to get into the holes etc, and the original packaging on each piece is never going back on and a puzzle to put back in the one box it came in. I called the company, and they were very nice to work with, and was going to help me in returning it for refund. BUT......this is a great product, built great, and can't even imagine how they are making this for such little money in the USA because this is high quality material and definitely cost them more to ship to me free through Amazon and then they were also going to be out the shipping back to them. So, I decided I wanted to keep this item and try to figure out how to use it in other ways, because I feel bad returning a great product that for the money, I could see what I could do to make it work. The heat and massage pad really works great....and is removable and does not have to be used with the inversion table. I put it on my own massage table or the floor and it works great on my back, simulating my physical therapy on a half noodle type thing on the spine. That alone would probably cost the money I spent on this thing if I were looking for a heating or massaging item that was a piece of crap for the money (which most are), yet this one is awesome!!! I also laid the cushion back on the floor with and without the heating massaging pad, and it was great to be on. Leaving the bar on the back of the cushion, you get a little tilt taking a tiny pressure off while massaging, so that works too. BUT....what I really need to do is to create a frame that would work for this and for me and other short people. Just made for us. The problems that come in are when these companies are trying to create for a variety of heights and weights and a one size really does not fit all. So if you are a consumer..........if you are under 5.5, for $200 the cushion and heating massage thing are great, and I am using the frame as the perfect stand up push up base.......works great to hold the handles from the back side of the frame and lean in for standing pushups. So like having a gym. For maker of the product...... if you would like to reach out to me on coordinating a product for people that have spinal pain already and also the ones that are shorter, please......do so. I would like to work with you on creating the perfect product for all of us out here that have no other options that you are missing out on. This company has a nice customer service, great instructions and great product for a super great price. Now we just need to perfect it to work with the people that are below 5 foot 5. I will not be returning this item, because as a person that understands business and money, the shipping alone will be more for the company to pay than I paid for this product. I don't want to see them go out of business, lose money or raise the prices. I want to help solve the problem and make them get out there with their great product and also help my spinal problems. So, I am serious, I would like the company to reach out to me to work together to make a better product for a huge population that is being missed. And when our spines are compressing, we are shrinking in height, so need to have a different product.

This "machine" was easy to assemble, the instructions are clear and accurate. After using it for 3 days (2 minutes each time - 3 times a day) at an inclination of 45 degrees, my persistent lower backache has practically vanished. Only an occasional trace remains when I get up in the morning and I have confidence that this will also disappear in time. I have used the Innova ITM 5900 for two weeks and the lower backache has not returned. I am 82 years old - and I had given up on that nagging condition and my doctor had no clue how to treat it - he prescribed a pill - what else is new. The Innova ITM5900 Advanced Heat and Massage Inversion Therapy Table has not done anything (yet) for my nagging knee discomfort (occasional sharp pain) but I will persist because I realize that some conditions need more time to normalize. My "machine" will be a daily routine (3 times) and it is not exercise - it is therapy. I am pleased that I have decided to do something for myself (this time) and it does not really take much space and it is light enough to push around to a more convenient location. I am not using the vibrator/heater - maybe at a later date - I find it unnecessary. An overall five-star rating is most appropriate for this device despite the fact that it is missing a USB jack and WIFI (just kidding).

Terrific!! This inversion table is exactly as good as i hoped it would be. It's only day one of putting it together so as of writing this i have had around 10 sessions of being 70% inverted as i don't want to over do it and cause myself more harm than I'm already in. I must say that early impressions are sky high and this whole unit is of gym quality, it's built like a tank being extremely sturdy and secure leaving no doubts about safety when in use. The ankle supports are superb in holding you comfortably in place without much sliding. I have not tried it yet with the heat and vibration on, I'll try this tomorrow but I'm having doubts at the moment that I'll use that as you are already getting hot from being inverted and i don't want to sweat like crazy or pass out whilst upside down. Big thanks to the seller who reached out to me informing me that the plug is American only so it will require an adaptor and promising me that the delivery will be fast and in perfect condition which it was. Top marks and i highly recommend this inversion table and from this seller, you won't be disappointed 🙂👍

Esta fue la que gano después de horas de definir entre vídeos y opiniones. En realidad es una máquina virtuosa, con excelentes características. Me ha ayudado bastante, nada exagerado pero solo llevo 2 dias usándola. Si la recomiendo hay muchas otras a mitad de precio, pero les faltan muchos detalles que a esta le sobran. De bono tiene un masajeador, muy bueno y vale cada pesito.

De qualité supérieure très robuste la chaleur et la vibration sont un gros plus
