works as advertised and fits a silhouette portrait v1. nice and long, but doesn't magically add any extra strength, so if your standard blade wasn't able to punch through laminated paper before, this won't fix it.

Durable Blades That Work for Many Materials
I bought this blade holder set a while ago, and I’m still using the blades today. They’ve lasted a long time and stayed sharp, which is impressive considering how many different materials I’ve used them on—vinyl, PVC, MDF, and even some wood projects. The set includes blades at 30°, 45°, and 60°, so there’s always the right blade for the job. The 30° blades are great for very thin films, the 45° works perfectly for standard vinyl cutting, and the 60° handles thicker materials without any trouble. The holder feels solid and well-made, and the blades fit perfectly with my cutter. Pros: Long-lasting and stay sharp for a long time. Versatile set with 3 blade angles for different materials. Solid, well-built holder. Still have spare blades after extended use. Cons: None so far—just be sure to store the blades properly to keep them sharp. Overall, this set has been a great buy. It’s reliable, versatile, and the blades perform just as well now as they did when I first got them. Definitely worth having if you do any kind of vinyl cutting or similar projects.

New CB09 model. I like it better, no SPRING needed
This is the new Graphtec model that the original cost over a $100.. the only difference is it has a black cap instead of blue. The builtin spring attached to the cap is so convenient to install the blade in this great design.

Used/scratched up blade holder and different design.
This is not the same blade holder my husband bought me from the same seller about 2 years ago. I didn’t have an Amazon account then. And my old one looks more brand new than the one that just came in. I’m so disappointed with this purchase. The holder looks used and all scratched up. I take good care of my stuff because I like then nice and clean. I don’t know why this is different, did they change the design? Why fix what is not broken? Blade won’t even go much longer. I love my old holder and blade. I use it on my Portrait 1 and Cameo 3. Definitely returning this one.
