I've had issues with stolen materials on one of my construction sites and decided to opt into buying a relatively cheap camera recording system to monitor the work site. It's been great! Setup and Installation - The mechanics and assembly of the device is very straight forward. Securing the device onto a wall via mounting bracket is simple and intuitive. While the software setup was a bit confusing, product support was quick and responsive to my email. They had diagnosed the issue within 1 email thread. Operations and Maintenance - I had my doubts in regards to the solar panel and the device being in good battery health. However, the product met and passed my expectations. Since installing the product facing easternly in a non-shady area, the device never had any issues with power and was able to stay on throughout the day with ease. The motion detection feature works perfectly as there are settings that can allow me to change the sensitivity. The device will make an audible sound (this can be turned on or off) and my phone is notified whenever motion is detected; This is perfect for my use case so I can see who is coming onsite and offsite. Quality and Performance - The device is weighted and feels good quality; The casing of the device has been rained on multiple times and the device still operates normally. The camera recording quality is good enough to visually identify individuals. Nothing to complain here.

I got this camera to check in on my horse. He lives a farther from me than I like and with weather and his age, it's nice to know I can take a peek at him. It comes with a free data trial card, which is great to try before you go spend money on a service. I really appreciated this camera and the quality it brought for such a decent price. I had it for about 11 mos when suddenly it started to not have a full charge. I've never seen it dip, so I got a little concerned. Resetting it was the only thing that could kick start a charge, but it still would never get to 100%. I reached out to their customer service and spoke with Kiki, who was prompt in responding. Now there are some reviews that complain they respond in the middle of the night and that's true. However, I'm guessing it's because they're in another country. Still, emailing a customer service in the US still take 24+ hrs sometimes so I had no complaints with this. Kiki made some suggestions to try like charging it with cable it comes with, but the thought of taking it down so I can plug it in was just going to be a pain I didn't want. So she opted to just send me a new camera just for the inconvenience. It's up and running and has a full charge. Kiki was a great help for me to continue to see my horse. I have friends there with the Reolink and they've had to completely replace theirs in under a yr because it just stopped working. Mine still worked, just wasn't getting the full charge. If they hadn't sent me a new one, I would still be using it. I don't record so it only charging a little was enough for me to check in on him for a few weeks until I swapped it out. I would definitely look into another one if I ever find need for a 2nd.

update....this piece of junk died in 8 months, customer service is non-existent, they text you at 4am, zero help getting this pos up and running, this is a scam to sell you a cheap pos camera, then sell you the $175 sim card, that's what they are selling data. i have it 600 miles away at our off grid cabin in Maine, picture is ok, had one little glitch when there was a big storm, we have pretty shotty cell signal cause we're in the mountains, but it still works micro sd card is useless, it wont work on just an SD card, but the cloud service is super quick, very poor customer service and the app is not good, this is a cheap camera, i will never buy another ..i would def not recommend this company. update 2nd camera died in 8 months, customer service is in China, have to wait days to get a response keep you updated ...not good, sim card ran out in 8 months, new sim cards are even more money now, and they won't transfer the data to a new sim card, the new camera i had to buy is worse than the old one and it has a built in sim card so you can't even take the old one with data on it and put it in your new camera, what a frickin scam, cheap means cheap, my REO-LINK cameras are 4 years old and are in the weather unlike these junk cameras and they are working perfect and way better customer service, just when you think you know what your doing..smfh just a disaster

Nice cell-phone based control app. Friendly, overnight support staff responses via the app. At this price, you won't be too upset at petty vandalism or even outright camera theft. Removable solar panel and loooong usb cable works well on cloudy days and in indirect light keeping your on-site maintenance time to a minimum. Easy to follow instructions, the camera can be installed indoors or outdoors with a hand drill, screwdriver and maybe a step ladder. There are more expensive, ruggedized, remote cameras available, but this one saves your pocketbook. **Aug 2025 Update** I want to commend Manufacturer’s customer service. Shout out to Rebecca! I needed assistance with a camera that dropped off network and wasn’t responding to the usual ‘fixes’. She got me back up and running within 24 hours and followed up later in the week to make certain that the camera was still working properly.

Great device with image and quality is also good and a better flexibility and very easy to use and had an issue with a Sim card but a Team Member "ANNA" sorted out within minutes and a great service from ANNA.

These work great. They recharge on a solar panel, which is great if you’re remote and can’t always get back to it when you’d like. Sets up with a SIM card with a cell company and you pay that way. You can watch 24 hours a day all day if you want to. These are great cameras we will be buying more. Tip: purchase memory cards so you don’t have to purchase iCloud memory space for your videos. We didn’t know this and ended paying for 30 days iCloud storage at 5$ CAD/camera until we can run up some SD memory cards.

Correspond exactement au descriptif ayant motivé l'acquisition. Facilité d’installation : on installe d'abord et aisément, la platine de support bien à l'horizontale ( un balcon en ce qui me concerne). Premier essai avec la carte sim livrée puis installation avec celle commandée chez l'opérateur historique avec 10 Gigas de data pour 6.99 € amplement suffisants puisqu'en 1 mois j'ai utilisé 500 méga en y jetant un coup d'oeil tous les jours 1 à 2 minutes. J'ai rajouté une carte SD de 128 Gigas que j'avais déjà et que la caméra a formaté. La fixation de la caméra est très facile avec ses vis plastifiées qu'il suffit de serrer un peu après la pose. Le panneau marche très bien et la caméra est toujours chargée (elle est plein sud dans les Alpes). Efficace et sensible (réglage moyen) quant à la détection. Le moteur 90° hauteur et 180 ° circulaire fonctionne bien. Bref je suis parfaitement satisfait de cet achat avec Kiki au SAV qui est réactive et à l'écoute.

Viene fornita una SIM dati per la prima istallazione, non c'è una micro SD, supporta una scheda da massimo 128 G per registrare i video. Ho contattato l'assistenza, clienti per dei chiarimenti, assistenza ottima, veloci nel rispondere, molto professionali direi una caratteristica da non sottovalutare, c'è l'assistenza clienti vera! la risoluzione in HD 2k buona, con zoom digitale 4X per il momento tutto ok. (da valutare nel tempo). Nella telecamera c'è la possibilità di inserire una SIM dati anche personale, di vari operatori, si deve valutare la copertura dell'operatore. A mio avviso un buon prodotto, il montaggio istallazione semplice. Prodotto consigliato.
