One of clamp’s black color plastic head is missing

I received the item on time, however one of the clamps had a fix jaw pad missing and that is disapointing

These clamps, while expensive, are worth it for woodworkers who want a guaranteed square clamping surface. The clamp faces have ZERO deflection and so far, everyone I have purchased have been perfectly aligned. It you are a weekend warrior doing home repair projects, this probably isn't the clamp for you due to the cost, but for serious woodworkers who build furniture, you'll love the quality of these clamps.

Have a quite number of these and they have been faithful tools for over a decade. Had to order two more for a longer project and I am very pleased to say that the 'new model' is just as good as the prior models. So often 'new and improved' has been a watch word for a decrease is quality, not this time. The rubberized handles might harden and fade with time (the old ones were solid wood) but for now I can tighten it even more. The little bump protectors are a nice touch as well.

Bessey makes very good clamps. I like that when you need more pressure they have a hex drive in the handle so you can use a hex key for more leverage. They clamp well, but are heavy. I had a problem with one clamp it would not tighten it was stripped. Sent an email to Bessey and they promptly sent me a new head piece no charge. Clamp now works as intended. Bessey stands behind there product. Would buy again . I recommend them for both good product and good warranty.
