I've used corded angle grinders for many years and I never expected a cordless angle grinder to be worthwhile. I was pleasantly surprised that this angle grinder works amazingly well. With steady use, the battery will discharge after several minutes, so it's helpful to have a second battery on standby. However, for most standard applications it's worth not dealing with a cord getting in the way. This has plenty of power to work as expected.

functions well. consumes a 2 AH battery in five minutes so you'll want to have an extra or a 5 AH on hand. if you do a good bit of grinding you'll really want to get a "corded" version.

I use these at work cutting rebar, with a wire wheel, and with a concrete grinding wheel on a daily basis. It’s a well-designed grinder that cuts and grinds very well. We have several, and they have all been in use for years, now. They are easily assembled, and switching blades and wheels is easy. Very durable grinder I used for years, and now I have my own.
