I had never had powdered eggs before but these werent bad at all. Good eggy taste. I made mostly omelettes and scrambled eggs but they were just fine.

Ordered for my mom and she said this worked good for her storage needs. She did try it and said it was good

Excellent product! Mixes easily with water or milk, tastes and feels like fresh scrambled eggs, makes delicious French toast, and works perfectly in baking, custards, any way you use eggs, best powdered eggs I've ever had, will definitely buy again!

Great for breakfast, or long term prepping

These actually taste like regular scrambled eggs. Texture almost identical to really fresh eggs but without the fluffiness when water is added to real eggs, as these are more dense and more rich tasting, so that makes sense. Perfectly rehydrate for all baking needs. Great to have on hand when you forgot to buy eggs!
