I started taking these to help with loose skin after drastic weight loss as surgery is not an option I'm prepared to take. I've dropped 3 clothes sizes, have been taking them 10 months. Can't believe the difference. Also combined with iron and vitamin C as these are the raw materials for type 1 collagen. These can be a little hard on the stomach. I unfortunately have been sick a couple of times. Not recommended after alcohol consumption. Skip a day, I mean it, skip the day. Nothing cute about getting violently sick all over a bus and the people around you.
