This is amazing yarn! You can't beat the Red Heart brand. I ordered it to make an amigurumi crocheted dragon. I ordered the deep teal. I love how the marbling of the colors makes the dragon look more mysterious. With the large skein, there are just a few small knots, but those are easy to cut out and keep going with your project. The price of this 2-pack of the jumbo size is amazing! Thank you Amazon! This yarn is a true 4-ply, great for using crochet hook sizes G, H, I, and J. The color choices are vast, perfect for larger projects like blankets, clothing, pillows, or crafts in multiples. Love this yarn. It isn't super soft, so if you are looking for that texture, Red Heart makes soft baby yarn as well. But this yarn wash is so nice and gets softer each time you wash it in gentle with liquid soap. My next project is going to be crocheting a bathroom throw rug in this yarn using a double strand method. Tip: Pull this yarn from the center and roll into a ball before using, that way you know if there are any knots, you could end your ball at the knot point, and continue on with another ball. It also gives you a gauge of how long the colors go until they change to another color.

Red Heart Super Saver is always a reliable and cheap choice. It's always a good weight and easy to work with. It's durable, washes well and softens upon washing. I didn't experience any yarn splitting or knots in either ball. I also enjoyed the ombre and the amount of each color before switching.

I used one skein for the body of my fishy bag. The ombre is really gradual and works up beautifully. It's not as vibrant green as it shows in some photos, but it's a perfect blend of natural green shades.

I bought this double pack for my granddaughter to make me a scarf. It was the perfect color, and she made me a wonderful scarf. Yarn is very durable and she has plenty left over for future use.

I love this color scheme. The colors blend and transition nicely. The yarn doesn’t split, it’s easy to work with, and you get your money’s worth. I gave it 4 stars because it’s not too soft. I used it to make my first poncho. I’m hoping it will soften after I wash it.

Product is very good. The color change is a bit longer in between than I would like, but It works great in round and other forms of crochet. The product is standard when it comes to texture, given that it is acrylic yarn, and for an ombre yarn, it is a good price. I would recommend using a 6.5 mm hook rather than a 5.5 mm hook like the balls advertise though. Makes the yarn last a bit longer and does not change the look too much.
