High quality contacts, well bui8lt
First off is the unit that I got does not match the picture of the description. As others noted it actually has six Bosch five pin relays with no 4 pin. They relay mounting surface on the unit that I received had a closed face (individual snap in relay mounts in a plastic frame) and was a nicer part than pictured. What I really liked is that the contacts are all 0.36 mm thick material, instead of the more typical 0.28mm contacts you buy in kits. The thicker contacts do increase the face needed to insert the relays, but is helpful to insure a good connection on high current, large gauge wires. I would recommend using the supplied contacts just on the power switching connections and substitute regular terminals on the connections to the relay coils. Using all thick contacts makes swapping relays more difficult than it needs to be. It also lets you keep a few spare "good" contacts if you make a mistake. I made one small improvement to the design by adding a wire guide that fits helps to align wires to the box. The helps keep the wires from twisting the contacts in the box. This seemed to really help when using stiff 12 AWG wire. The unit works either way. Overall, I was very happy with the product. I attached a screenshot of the wire guide I 3D printed.

Pretty good for the price.
You wonโt be impressed by the quality, as the plastic isnโt very thick and it certainly isnโt water proof. However, for the price I think itโs great. I mounted both the box and a 250 amp bus bar (also from Amazon) to a piece of stainless sheet metal and made a functional power distribution box. It will keep the mud and other debris out and is far better than mounting exposed relays and inline fuses everywhere. I purchased the wire yourself version and as others have said there are just enough connectors for all slots, so take your time. The orientation of the connectors is important as well. They must engage the plastic prong in the slot otherwise, they will push out the bottom when you put in a fuse or relay. If inserted properly the connectors remain secure. Lastly the fuses that come with the boxes are suspect. I quickly blew two of the included 30 amp fuses after getting it all set up. Wasted about an hour rechecking all the wiring (thinking I messed up), before going to autozone and purchasing some more 30amp Fuses. With the new fuses everything worked as advertised. The supplied 30 amp fuses seemed to blow around 25 amps. No problems with the relays so far. Bottom line: It enables a tidy wiring solution, provides some protection and is inexpensive. I would buy another.

Seemed well built but the cover would not latch on.
Ses to be well built but I must have gotten a deformed one because I could not get the cover to stay on. It was going under the hood so that was not good.

Good quality, tight connectors
My brother and I used two of these boxes to rewire a classic car. We liked the compact design and we bought an extra to fill one with relays and the other we filled all but two spots. We didn't need the fuses as we kept the OEM fuse block. We bought the bare assembly so we wired it ourselves. We have the proper tools to give great crimps on open terminals, we are very experienced in that task. The boxes are good and strong, plenty good enough to pass as OEM on a modern car IMO. What I don't like is that the relays are so tight together it is very difficult to get them out. We have to use a flat bladed screwdriver, often two at a time, to pry them out. The connection terminals provided have a high tension on the blades of the relays. It would be great to have some sort of tool to grip the relays from above so they can be pulled out more easily. Additionally the individual relay blocks that hold each relay snap in from the top of the box. As we've pulled out a relay the block sometimes comes loose, that's why we need to use two pry tools, one to hold the block down and one to pry on the relay. We placed the two boxes side by side, and the design for mounting to a panel accounts for this, the ears are staggered so they can be put side by side without having to change the height, a nice level installation. I would not say these are water proof, but they are quit tight. The bottom needs a tool to pry it off. Overall we are happy with these, just wish the connectors were not so tight.

Great, but a bit of a puzzle.
Used to create a training aid with an engine on a stand. You do need to understand relay function and electrical circuits to get this working. Great for the price!

Cheap china junk! Wires do not stay in fuse block. Complete waste of money!

Good product but pre-wired wasn't good for my project
Solid. Donโt take it pre-wired if you have a project in mind and know how tu plug relays. I used it for my ls engine swap. Works perfectly and small enough for a discret fit.

Fuse and Relay terminals missing
Finally I got to work on the box and to my surprise the terminals are missing. The relay terminals are no Biggy, but I have no fuse terminals. Now I have to run around to get some, hoping they will fit. I did not get for what I paid for, the biggest problem being the time. I need to finish the box wiring.

Cheap, poor relay fitment, terminals push out when installing relays
Received this product, and spent a few days doing wiring, crimping connectors, pinning the relay box and fuse panel. Went to install relays and they push all the pins out the back. Had to flip the box over and install every single terminal individually into the pins. The pins provided with the kit are ok quality, but you dont get any extras. Been a mechanic for 20 years, and never had this much trouble assembling a relay/fuse panel. I guess you get what you pay for. After a while i was able to get all the relays installed with all the terminals properly seated, but if I ever have to remove a relay to test or replace, ill have to remove the entire panel, flip it over, remove the rear cover and put the pins in the relays manually one by one. This relay panel does a nice job of cleaning up wires for multiple accessories but there exist much better quality relay panels that wont require you to disassemble the relay box every time you want to replace a blown fuse or a faulty relay

Incomplete
Did not come with the terminals for the blade fuses, only the relays.

Certainly NOT waterproof
Top and bottom lid rattle they are so loose. Really needs tight fitment or/and O-rings. No chance that this unit is waterproof. Have not wired it yet. Plastic constructions look good so believe it will handle off road vibrations. For the low price will try to fix the waterproofing. Hopefully it will not end up in the trash in a few months.
