No wall switch connection. Can I use the timer with no wall switch connection?

They are not battery operated. They screw into outlet. If you have a screw in outlet with constant power without a switch then it will work. The connection to power sets the tomer. So you would just screw it in to set the timer. Hope this helps there great bulbs.

Can it be put in ceiling fan?

I would say yes. Providing your ceiling fan bulb receptacles can handle 60 watt incandescent bulbs. Check your ceiling fans manual. If your ceiling fans bulb receptacle covers are glass- I believe you’ll be fine, but be watchful if they are plastic! The manufacturer states that this LED bulb is approximately equivalent to a 60 watt incandescent bulb.

Can you turn it full ON, so that it is controlled only by the light switch?

Yes. The switch has settings for “Standard Use,” 2 hrs., 4 hrs., and 8hrs. “Standard Use” functions as a normal bulb with your light switch.
