Easy to assemble
I hate this machine (in a good way) because by the end of my routine it kills. Stomach muscles have definitely got stronger after a couple of months using it.

Good sturdy piece of gym equipment
The item itself is really good and sturdy. I can do a good exercise session with it and feel like i have done a good workout. The only negatives i would say are that the handles could be longer at the top for a more steady hold, and if there were set up instructions included. It is not particularly difficult to assemble but it did involve guesswork
