Can you wax prior to using instead of shaving?

If you wax or pluck the device may destroy some follicles. So, you should see less regrowth, BUT using the hair as a wick is less effective. In addition, with waxing you can tear the skin, and putting a laser on irritated skin is not good. Shaving is more effective but you have to wait for the hair to fall out (or exfoliate). Contrary to what you may have read, waxing and plucking doesn't necessarily kill the follicle that's why you wax / pluck forever. One benefit of the laser hair removal is that it can reduce ingrown hairs with the whole follicle destroyed - also I've noticed less funk (big bonus).

Anyone with thick and dark hair, how quickly did you see results?

I have very dark thick Native American hair and I have noticed slower growth, lighter hair and very small bald spots. As long as you follow the instructions and know the appropriate levels to use that correlate to the stage of hair growth you should be okay!

Do we need to apply some cooling gel before using this?

You will need to use a cavitation gel or ultrasound gel to use this. Using this without a contact gel will make treatment more painful, and the gel ensures that the laser makes full contact with the area to be treated. Sure you can use aloe Vera after to calm the skin, but it’s just a simple snap and after that, that’s really it. No true pain afterwards.

NOT REALLY WORKING FOR LASER.

I was trying to return it. And the seller approved my request return. During the time that the product is ready for the return, The seller put on my return status that they prioritize their safety and return on my area maybe impacted. There is no specific timeline when they want to take actions and I don’t even know how to contact them. I’m returning this product because there is no effect at all. It’s just a waste of money. For those people who wants to save money it just definitely a waste of money in the end. It’s really frustrating. Some of sellers are allowing you to return the product without any hussle. I’m just so disappointed. I’ll definitely never buy again!
