The microphone is not working properly. JBL DOES NOT give support for this low quality microphone.

The headset little heavy. Designed for gaming not to be portable and phone calls. Volume control hang sometime and you have to turn off than on.

I was struggling to choose between this one and Sony Inzone 9. Turns out JBL QUANTUM 810 competes comfortably with many top companies. This is a win and good price.

Je suis vraiment impressionné par la qualité globale du produit. ➡️ L’insonorisation est incroyable : on est totalement coupé du bruit ambiant, ce qui permet une immersion totale en jeu ou en musique. ➡️ Le son est puissant et précis : grâce au logiciel JBL, on peut régler les profils audio (mode FPS, musique, basses profondes, etc.) en quelques clics. Le rendu sonore est ultra immersif, notamment en jeu. ➡️ Le micro est top : réglable, clair, sans parasites, avec un retour de voix intégré qui permet de s’entendre parler sans hausser le ton – super pratique. ➡️ Confort absolu : les coussinets englobent bien les oreilles, l’arceau est rembourré, aucun point de pression. Peguei esse headset na Black Friday por 650, tinha um hyperx cloud Alpha antes (que comprei pelo mesmo preço na época) e esse da JBL é muito melhor em tudo, qualidade de áudio, microfone, construção, você sente que tá com um fone Premium, muito confortável, o software dele é muito bom e bem organizado com várias opções de modificação, o rgb é maravilhoso mas gasta mais bateria, e continuando a falar sobre bateria, a bateria dele é bem duradoura, joguei ontem o dia inteiro e não gastou praticamente nada, esse é o primeiro headset wireless que eu tive e é maravilhoso, finalmente consegui me livrar dos 5 metros de cabo do fone anterior.

Build quality is fantastic and the sound performance is really exceptional compared to some cheap ones I have that cost less than half this price. I really like the feature to lift the mic up to mute, really handy when in work teams meetings so I can walk away from the screen but still able to un-mute myself when needed. Battery life is really good as well, especially once you turn off the leds, which of course look nice but are completely pointelss if you are sat home alone. The only small gripe I have found with them is that when the noise cancelling is turned on there is a buzzing sound when using the 2.4ghz, which is not noticeable at all when you are listening to music or playing a game etc. but when it is silent the buzz is there. its not enough to detract from using them though at all and I really do highly recommend them.

It is a nice headset. But keep in mind, only for pc use. Dts x is different from 7.1 in that the first one is software based and later is hardware based. Even though it has dts x, which is regarded as better than 7.1 surround, for phones dts x is not supported which makes it a conventional surround headphones. So if you're buying it to play games on phone, I'll recommend you buy a 7.1 surround headphones. For PC, you can definitely go with these. They are comfortable and sit on the ear right. Even though it has a bit of weight in it, it doesn't affect you're gaming sessions that much. The mic is great and has a flip to mute function too! It also has active noise cancellation which is very effective. The battery backup is very good. Without the lights on, they last more than a week without charging and using them for more than 3 hours everyday. The rgb lights can be controlled with the jbl app only and that too on pc. Connectivity is good with a 2.4 ghz dongle, bluetooth and an aux cable too! The usb c cable is only for charging. Also you have the ability to connect to 2 devices simultaneously, like through the dongle with pc and through bluetooth with phone. This way you'll never miss your calls during your gaming sessions! Even though they're a bit expensive, but are full of features. So if you're a pc gamer and looking for wireless headphones, this could be a good option to consider.
