Honey Powder

I love this for my plain yogurt mixes ,and cereal, and oat meals and hot drinks .It mixes well and blends well with different foods. It lasts long on the shelf life ,and its easy to open, but it seals just right to keep pest from getting to it. Its a must to have for your pantry. Its a great investment and it save you money for that honey flavor.

I've used just about every type of honey product you can find on Amazon and this is deffinetly the best one. I'm on my 5th jar. I use it in primarily in Tea. While it claims to be 100% honey, I've learned that thats not neccessarily true with dry honey products. They are ususaly cut with sugar or wheat. The Sugar ones tend to be crystiline in texture, and while they taste good for the most part they are still sugar. Ive tried the ones cut with wheat and they were awful, I threw them away. The taste was wooden and it left a residue in my cup that was disgusting. This product leaves no residue, is powdery in texture (Dont leave the jar open, its very suseptible to moisture) and tastes like clean honey. I would highly reccomend it for anyone looking for honey flavor without the liquid honey mess.

I have a hard time finding honey powder in a bigger container here in Virginia. This gem is perfect. I use it to substitute for sugar in baking. It's a 1:1 ratio. Looking to get rid of refined sugar this is your go-to. Highly recommend it for all baking or if you're looking to start reducing your refined sugar intake.

This product is awful, awful, awful!!! There is absolutely NO honey taste and the first item on the ingredients list is SUGAR! That means this product is almost pure sugar. Yet, with sugar being the main ingredient, it does not sweeten. I put in 3 tablespoons in a small pitcher of ice tea and it did not sweeten or give any taste whatsoever. If this were honey as it says it is, 1 slight Tablespoon would have more than enough. There is absolutely no way it could be used in baking as claimed. This product is NOT as advertised. It is not honey!! It doesn't give any directions or equals, on the label, they can't because it honey. Don't know what it is because it doesn't sweeten like sugar or honey nor, does it taste like sugar or honey. Forget this product!!

Purchased by mistake, but once I tried it I think I like it better than the granulated honey, but will continue to use both....

Tastes good and is super powdery. No need to grind or break up.

I love this honey powder!! I used it in my honey mustard dipping sauce but mostly in my bath. I made gorgeous little sacs filled with powdered whole milk, powdered honey, & culinary grade dried rosebuds. Very attractive & makes for a luxurious bath!

Absolutely love this. So easy to add to my smoker dry rubs. Fo little kick of natural sweetness. Not to mention adding to my morning smoothies.

I use honey powder for sweetening roasted walnuts and it brings a wonderful honey taste to these snacks in addition to making my own spice rubs with less salt and a touch sweeter. With just 6 to 7% honey content and the rest sucrose and the like, it still tastes like honey. I wished it made with maltitol instead of sucrose and dextrose.
