Filters work great at catching the smaller particles.

My Nautilus CC Plus pool robot came with the house. It had the "fine" screen filters. I did not know there were options. Those fine filters worked great, but really small stuff like filter sand go through the screen. I bought these after-market "ultra fine" filters, and am very happy! Excellent filtration. I was worried they'd be hard to wash out, but they are very easy to rinse out with the garden hose. TIP: Always rinse your filters immedately after removing the robot from the pool. Things are harder to clean once that stuff dries. Plus, it's nice knowing the robot is always ready for the next time you want to throw it in the pool.

Not sure why Dolphin does not include these as they are a must have during pollen season. I've used the set for only a few days now and each time I've cleaned them they are full of the green oak pollen, showing they are really doing the job. Before they arrived I brushed the pool daily and still had clouds of pollen each time. After using the new filters for a few days no more pollen clouds. They seem to be well built and the fit is perfect. I expect to get 2 or 3 years use before replacing.

I bought these filters as a back up for my robotic poll cleaner. I have a Nautilus cc Plus from Maytronics. Now I use them weekly, and I alternate between the original filters and these aftermarket filters. They fit into the same OEM filter frames. My pool has never been clean.
