These are good quality cotton products in a nice case that closes securely. They're perfect for travel, use in a tote or makeup bag, or to stow any place you might need to fix makeup or fix a small wound or cut. They are ideal for use with various skin care preparations. The case seems very sturdy so the cotton items could easily be replaced.

OK in a pinch
I purchased these for a recent trip. The cotton balls are usable, just very small. The swabs are pointed on one end so be careful if you use them around your eyes or ears. The pads are thin but also usable. Overall, it served it's purpose but I don't think I'll buy them again.
