This probiotic is one of the best I’ve tried. Since I have Celiac Disease it’s critical to have a great probiotic. This has worked well.

Let’s just get the obvious out of the way…yes, these are pricey. That said, you get what you pay for and this is a top quality lactobacillus acidophilus probiotic. These capsules are packaged in a box containing 3 cards of 10 capsules with each capsule contained in an individual, foil sealed space to ensure freshness and it makes a big difference considering these are live strains. Looking at the ingredients you can see what makes this a high quality product but really the proof is in the results. I had started getting nausea with a previous brand and once i started taking these, I have no problems anymore. These are easy on the stomach and will get your digestive system running smoothly. 100% worth the price for the results and the quality!

Other than price nothing really negative about the product. The only real con I can think of is the packaging. As it is a little less convenient to have each pill in it's own separate foil wrapped square to pop out compared to just having all of them in a single bottle. Otherwise this was just as effective as my previous brand probiotic. Scientifically it might actually be better but I'm just comparing to how I physically feel from taking them and not any measurable laboratory statistics. So even though this seemed pretty high quality I plan on going back to my prior brand just because it's a better price point for similar results

This probiotic supplement comes individually packaged as in my pictures. The capsule content tastes like mild east or bread. The capsule got soft in my mouth, but maintained its integrity even after 10 minutes. This is important because the capsule has to survive the acidic stomach environment to keep the content probiotics "alive" and deliver them to the small intestine. I'll post an update if I sense any changes in my health and wellness. Thank you for letting me review this product. ----- Update (7/28/25) I've tested about a dozen probiotics, but this is THE BEST for my bowel movement. I take 1 capsule and it works over night. My stool gets soft, but not watery. If I stop taking it, the effects stops almost immediately. If you are trying to improve your BM, this is the best probiotics so far.

I've tried a few different"high quality/ priced" probiotics, these were terrible. They bloated me so bad, I actually grew out of my pants.

This is a well-formulated probiotic with a good blend of clinically studied strains. It includes a mix of Bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus, and others, and the dosages are very good. The capsules are shelf-stable and easy to take. I’ve noticed some mild improvement in regularity since starting it, but no major changes overall. For me, increasing my fiber intake through supplementation has had a far more noticeable benefit on gut health than any probiotic I’ve tried, including this one. Still, the quality is good and I like the wide blend of research-backed probiotic strains. Overall – this is a high-quality probiotic with good strain diversity.

This is a great product. The capsules come in individual blister packages keeping the probiotics sealed and fresh. I have not had any bad burps using this product or any personal issues with taking this product. I have been taking probiotics for years now and these have a large amount of different probiotics that are designed to make it past the stomach acids and into the intestines where they can do their important work.
