It is a heavy rubber mouse. I don't know how well I would stick to a paper hat if glued. you probably need a lightweight plastic mouse. Thanks.

Is the tail flexible?

It extends when you hold the mouse, but it will go back to the position showed in the picture once you put it down.

The product description says 7" x 5" 2". it is much smaller. more like 1-1/2" x 4". too small for me to use. how do i get a refund?
