Yes, I believe it will. My husband uses it for his Jazzy power chair and his Pride Victory scooter. It charges the two batteries rather quickly.

Will this work with permobil m3 corpus?

It will if you chair is 24v 3a it will take a while about 8 hours but should show if battery is chargeable.

Will this charger work for lifepo4 lithium batteries?

No. This is for sla batteries. It cannot charge lithium.
