This works!
As someone who can't go out as often as possible since I'm always busy at work, this is so effective! I have an improvement in my sleep and leg pain (for standing or sitting the whole day) is minimised since I used this. Highly recommended.

Ouf. Ce truc marche comme par la magie. J'ai dormi une heure de plus la première nuit juste en plaçant mes pieds dessus. Maintenant, je le place sous mon bureau. J'ai remarqué que je suis plus calme. je l'ai acheté pour faire baisser mon niveau de cortisol. N'oubliez pas de prendre l'adaptateur.

Grounding mat.
Excellent. Does what it claims. I find that it makes my feet (or wherever you are putting it) back, glutes quite warm. Helps me sleep a deeper sleep and does help with back soreness and pain. The size allows me to take it with me.

Well made. Good quality components. Long lead.
Tried it for just five minutes by standing on it with bare feet. I was not expecting to feel anything at all but after a couple of minutes the soles of my feet felt very slightly warmer. I am more aware of my toes after using it. I generally have cold feet so what this means I am not sure but I will definitely be using it for 30 minutes every day to test the longer term effects.
