It’s a great supplement.
You can get either of the two as they recently changed their packaging. It’s a way better choice than the meds that you have to be on. It has zero side effects. It’s very effective. I have been a consumer for almost 3 years now. You won’t regret it. It is expensive and I wish the price was lower however a great product nonetheless!

No significant improvement...
I bought this and tried having it regularly.. but I didn't conceive or my cyst didn't dissolve... I had this for 3 months and no improvement and So I stopped eating it and then i started seed cycling. It worked wonders. My periods are on track and iam currently expecting to get pregnant. Fingers crossed.

Effective!!
I hadn’t had my period for over 50 days, and my cycle was irregular, so I decided to take inositol. I’m not sure if it was because of this, but I started my period on the 12th day of taking it. I plan to continue taking it and monitor my cycle next month.

Regulate my period
So glad I come across this product. Just after 2 weeks of consumption, my period finally came after missing for 4 months. Spotting for a few days followed by actual period. Didn't experience any menstrual cramps like always. Been having irregular period and PCOS. Hopefully, with this my period will regulate and will help me to conceive.

Not for me.
Used it for a few months. Not as effective as other tablets I have used. Hormonal acne came back, and cycles went slightly off kilter. When I resumes my original tablets, the symptoms went away. So this may not have been suitable for me.

It works!!
I tried this after coming off my BC pill, and after 2 months I got back my period I’m so happy this worked!! Ladies do try this product if you’re having hormonal imbalances or PCOS👍🏽👍🏽
