I was looking for a snack to take on my bike rides that doesn't melt or get sticky under heat, this might be the perfect thing. They're also pretty dry so water is a must. I like the taste okay, it smells/tastes chocolatey enough for me for what it is. They are kinda sweet but not overly. If you are purchasing these to have as an emergency food supply, keep in mind they only have a shelf life of 1 year. The BB date on the case I got is 10 months from now, but I'll probably use them all up by then. Also planning to give some to friends and family. Update: Took 1 pack out of the box for a bike ride and it held up just fine in my pocket. Also was a good snack to have out there, they're pretty dry but I always take water with me so it was fine.

Dry and tasty. You can eat them with Gatorade. Expensive because they come from Tokyo.

This product is a great safe/emergency food. It tastes like a cross between a shortbread cookie and a very mildly sweetened hot cocoa.

These make for a convenient snack. Each of the boxes contain two sealed packets with two bars inside. Chocolate tastes good and the texture is somewhat dry. A little expensive but these are difficult to acquire stateside.
