For everyone who says the battery is not replaceable IT IS. It’s just a pain to get it out. Circuit board is on one side. The battery is on the opposite side. You have to pry it open.

As a lot of other reviewers have noted, the Atuvos trackers are a strong alternative to Apple AirTags. I found this out first-hand during a recent trip to Europe. I hadn't flown since before the pandemic hit, and I had heard horror stories about the increase in lost luggage. So I bought two 4-packs of the Atuvos tags, as well as a $6 bulk pack of low-cost, "S" style carabiners and I added them to every piece of luggage, my wife's and my carryons, my wife's purse, even my AirPods Pro.Adding them to the "FindMy" app on my iPhone 14 Pro was a breeze. Simply turn on the tag - that's right, they have a handy power on/off, reset button on the device - and add it to FindMy. It pops right up.Then the fun began. I started testing the tags to see whether they really would let me track my bags just about everywhere. As soon as my wife and I arrived at long-term parking at the airport, I started obsessing about FindMy and watching my bags move around with is.At the terminal, I watched as checked luggage hopped from here to there around the airport until it finally showed up on the baggage trolley next to our first flight. When we reached cruising altitude, I took a walk back from our seats near the front of the plane and suddenly all our luggage popped up right beneath me!When we got to our transfer in Amsterdam, I watched as our bags hopped off the plane, meandered there way over to our next gate, and finally showed up in the belly of our next flight.That's the way it went throughout our trip. The Atuvos trackers worked perfectly. The range is long, the beep is loud, and it gave me the confidence that if a bag really had gone missing I would have found it, or at least found the last place it had been before someone turned off the tracker.And that's the pro/con of these devices. They won't just turn off on their own. The button takes a good firm press, so it won't simply turn off with a bounce or jostle. But unlike AirTags they *can* be turned off. If someone finds one attached to your bag, it's a simple button press to disable the tracker and make your bag go "off the grid."But for what they are, they're a GREAT value. They're sturdy, the clip hole is something Apple should have incorporated into AirTags, and their range is super-long, a claimed 400'.Highly recommended!

It is a good product . Compared to Apple AirTag the price is much cheaper. It does the same functions. Reliability I will update once I use it for couple more months

Oh please, Amazon, offer a zero star rating. This product is awful in so many ways. The price is unbeatable, but the product isn't worth the hassle. For starters, the Amazon driver failed to follow the delivery instructions, and final delivery was delayed. That, in itself, is unacceptable. When the item finally did arrive, two of the four units failed to pair with the "Find My" app. After replacing the battery in one faulty unit, it paired successfully. This indicates that the seller/manufacturer ships the product with weak batteries. Still, it paired successfully. When I tried to replace the battery in the second faulty unit, the device separated on the wrong side and exposed the circuit board, not the battery. It was nearly impossible at this point to get the other side cover off, but I eventually managed it. After replacing the battery, I put the whole unit back together, but the power button doesn't work. After disassembling again and adjusting the waterproof lining to ensure contact with the circuit board, I snapped the unit back together. No joy. The unit won't even start.While this could be an issue of static electricity damage (I don't have an ESD bracelet), it was only possible because the unit did not disassemble correctly. The instructions say to part the halves with a fingernail or other item. Don't use your nails - you'll regret it. The only thing you'll regret more is having purchased this item.So at this point I've basically got 3 for the price of 4, in which case I should have just dropped the $$ for the AirTags.

Great trackers, connected to find me with no issues. I have had mine for a year and I have had no issues with them. I will need to purchase a battery for one shortly, but so far no issues.

These batteries are basically not replacable - you may see a Youtube video somewhere that shows them being opened with ease, but I destroyed one trying to open it, and the other one has it's plastic quite marred up and doesn't seem like it will close properly again. Would steer clear of these in the future.

Used in luggage multiple times and worked like perfection - easily tracked luggage. Highly recommend.

Purchased a few of these to place in luggage when travelling. Haven’t gone away yet but was able to test them out in the city. It knew when I had gone too far away from it by leaving it at home when it was turned off. I also placed one in my wife’s car (with her knowledge of course) and I was able to see the tag at various points throughout the city during her commute. Not only that, it alerted her that she was being tracked which should put anyone at ease if someone were to use one of these maliciously.I could also see it being beneficial if you’re prone to losing your keys, wallet or even have a pet that likes to run away often. At this price point, you can’t go wrong

When I got the item, I was mindful of the previous reviews. I had already noted that this does not pair with bluetooth, but directly with "Find my.." on the iPhone. It easily connected. My son took it for a walk so I could see whether or not it would be easily trackable. So far so good! I would very much like to know what the tab is that the instructions say to remove. No tab on mine!The only reason I am not leaving a better review is that I have yet to test it on an actual trip where my luggage and I will be separated for a bit thanks to checking the suitcase in. I will update once that's all accomplished!Overall - neat and tidy. Easy to use so far.

When I got it I tried to connect it to my iPhone, I looked at the instructions and it told me to pull a tab, there was no tab. After a couple of minutes of googling and trying to connect to find my app I tried to see if there was a tab covering the battery by opening up the batter compartment. The instruction manual made it look easy but when I tried the plastic chipped and it opened up the back and I had to try again to get the batter side. When I got the battery side out there was nothing there. So put it all together again and it still would not connect. The one I got was defective and not worth the money.When I got this product I thought it was a two pack because when I originally looked at it there was one for half the price and then an another pack for double it so I though it would make sense for it to have two in it. That is my mistake but there is other packages on amazon that have more for less so I would try those ones over this specific one. Maybe you will be able to connect it to your device.Overall I would suggest going for the apple product even if it is a lot more expensive they work and you won't just be hoping your money isn't going to waste.
