I just woke up from taking this supplement for the first time. I only took 1 capsule bc of my petite weight. I fell asleep quickly and sleep deeply throughout the night. My sleep tracker app gave me the best rating I've had to date. I woke up feeling a bit groggy but once I got moving I had extra energy and felt peaceful. I'll likely take these if I need stress and sleep support, a few times a week.

I’ve take two caps a night using about 3 bottles. Recently it’s become ineffective. For short term it can help fall asleep but not for long. lately I’ve noticed heartburn about 30 minutes afterwards. So I’ve stopped. Now to search for something else.
