Made this purchase for a shadow box presentation I made for a business grand opening. It's not a bad scissor presentation but I imagine there are better purchases out there.

The scissors will work for our purpose of city ribbon cuttings. I am dismayed that they have been used before. The box has obviously been opened and the scissors handles are greasy and have finger prints all over them. I’ll clean them and keep them so not to have the hassle of returning them. But I’m not happy about that!
