This book was instrumental in helping me pass the Data+ exam. I have also been practicing in the field for almost a decade, but this book filled in several knowledge gaps and solidified my confidence in the field.

I bought this mainly for access to the online learning resources. The book and the Wiley website state clearly that they will issue a PIN to access the additional content. No PIN was provided. No means to access the content was provided. After going round and round between different Wiley webpages for 15 minutes, I requested a return.

Questions and answers in multiple chapters contain mistakes. Fixed in the online question bank though. Overall, some content is very confusing, a bit lacking. After multiple attempts to read the chapter and pass the rather limited questionary, it is still not clear which data is duplicated, and which is redundant. It seems the chapter clearly defines this, yet multiple questions contradict the definition. I would like to have at least 40 questions per chapter.
