Supposedly some fantastic health benefits. I've been drinking mango leaf tea recently, but that takes time to make and it's kind of a pain because it's loose leaf. This is much easier. The dropper actually works better than the last three extracts I've received. I just squeeze a few times before pulling it out of the vial and the dropper is completely filled to the top. Since it's not as sweet as the other extracts I've been using I won't be using this to sweeten my coffee, but I have no problems dropping it directly on my tongue. I hope the benefits are really as good as they say they are!

This comes in a 1 fl oz bottle that comes with a dropper so it is easy to take this supplement. The direction is simple, you need to take ¼ tbs of this supplement which is easy with the dropper. The flavor is good and sweet but not too sweet. It is also not super strong so if you take this alone, you can taste the flavor but if you add it to anything else, you cannot expect any flavor. Overall, this is a good supplement option and I would totally recommend it as a good supplement for gut health.

This took about two weeks to arrive. Hopefully future shipments are quicker. I wasn't aware of the benefits of mango leaf until I sampled this product. The droppers in many products like this aren't particularly effective, so I didn't drop a star for the product. The product states that it's organic, which is becoming more and more important these days (with glyphosate and other pesticide chemicals being found present in non-organic products). I didn't experience any side effects while using this product.

I expected this to do what it’s supposed to do. Help me lose weight. It doesn’t.
