GAME CHANGER!!!!!! I purchased this strap last week after struggling with pain in my little fingers when using the gyms rope for my ab crunches and face pulls om the cable stack now that I am lifting and pulling heavier. There are a lot out there but decided on this one. Have to say the quality of this kit is outstanding. The D ring is super sturdy and the webbing that it is securely fixed into is super strong. Not only that but the carabiner (as shown in my photos) is really heavy duty and not sure it is shown in the photos on the Amazon listing. Going to try other exercises with this strap as think the possibilities are wide ranging. A new staple in my growing training kit and my little fingers and wrists have thanked me for it already! This strap allows me to lift heavier and focus on the mind muscle connection and not the grip or the pain in my fingers! Quality kit!

This piece of equipment is used for every session I do. So, what can you use it for? Triceps - pushdown, overhead presses, tricep kick backs, facepulls, legs... really large hoops to put your legs through - lie on bench and you got yourself some ham curls. Abductor/adductor exercises (leg through hoop). Bicep curls, rows. I've used mine with over 100kg and the strap is proper sturdy. Well worth the money. Use the imagination and you can use it for endless exercises. It's thick, comfortable.. perfect 👍

I jeep this in my gym bag for tricep extensions and facepulls as the linger straps feel much better than traditional ropes as you get a better contraction at the bottom as this really allows you to pull the handles apart for a better range of motion. It is comfortable on the hands and the material seems solid

Great gym attachment, really helps isolate the lats when driving my elbows to my hips. completely excluding the biceps from the movement Still figuring ways to use the attachment but the options are endless for isolation. 100% recommend

I started back at the gym a few months ago and wanted to be able to use my own equipment as the ones in the gym are just standard attachments, and so the search began and I found this little beauty, probably one of the best pieces I have from bear grip and I have a few now as I really like the products, this is very versatile and can be used for lots of different exercises, it has a few different points to grip and it is soft and durable, thumbs up from me on this, since buying this bear grip piece I have now bought 3 other pieces for my gym workouts and they are all top notch, if you are looking at it don't hesitate to buy, well worth it.

Pas encore testé en salle, mais me paraît très bien et très solide. Je n’ai mis que 4 étoiles car ai peu apprécié le fait d’avoir à envoyer un SMS, après avoir scanné un Qr code, afin de télécharger un mode d’emploi. Je trouve ce procédé commercialement très limite et me passerai donc de ce mode d’emploi.
