Is this product good for cleaning mirrors?

This is a great product if you use a squeegee. I have never tried it on a mirror but don’t know why it wouldn’t work if you use a squeegee but I have never done it.

Does it need to be rinsed or is it one step

Follow the directions and it doesn’t need a rinse. I use a microfiber cloth to dry edges where a squeegee isn’t enough to be streak free. If windows are very dirty I wash twice before using a squeegee and change the cleaning solution water if it needs it. The product works very well for outside windows. Inside it’s too messy.
