Really good product in best price

Laptop is working good, but heating quickly and 68wh battery also not lasting for long. The average battery time is 3 to 4 hours for the average python program running. On the positive side, good speed, anti-glare screen, nice keypad and mouse track pad. Suitable for all type of works (considering the negatives mentioned above) Overall rating for this product is Above average. One cheating issue by Seller or Amazon: This product comes with the back to college offer. When I tried to register for it, the website is asking for the state (location) and the seller name. The seller Appario is not available in that HP offer claiming site. I dialed to Amazon to check about it, they asked me to wait for a minute and then they disconnected the call without a courtesy. So seller is cheating with this offer and Amazon is supporting the seller. It is too bad. I did not considered this bad experience in my rating star of 4/5. If I would have considered, my rating would be 2/5.

Battery got degraded in 1 year only, poor battery performance

it has been 10-15days and laptop is working fine. I am mostly using it for lightweight coding and reading purpose. battery backup is actually ok , around 4-5 hrs with above workload. sound is ok too not that great but I expected that already. what i really liked is the classic keyboard layout no wierd surprises and with good backlight fingerprint works fine. Microsoft suite was provided on registration which popped up sometime after booting first time.

This is my first Laptop purchased on any Online portal. Delivery was good and packaging was sturdy. This is compact light weight and does everything. Sound quality is excellent, Screen is very good. Battery backup is 4-5 hours with moderate activity. You don't need any service to setup this Laptop, if you can read simple English and willing to spare some time, it will be over within 30 minutes. Even Warranty registration for Office is quick and easy. Overall, no issues found. Highly recommend this HP Laptop.

Product is good, but I received only 7 months warranty from HP. Do not buy this laptop online without checking warranty. If you purchase it, register it on HP’s website — if it shows only 7 months, immediately return it and ask for a refund. Warranty should be 1 year, not 7 months.

The laptop performance is excellent — no issues with the product itself. However, I strongly advise not purchasing the OneAssist protection plan. OneAssist is only a third-party service provider, not the actual insurance company. When I raised a claim for accidental damage, they refused to share the name of the insurer or provide the master policy details, even after multiple requests. This made it impossible for me to escalate the claim further. My claim was rejected with unclear reasoning, and the experience felt extremely frustrating and unhelpful. They kept giving reasons instead of genuinely evaluating the situation. If you’re buying this laptop, I recommend avoiding the OneAssist plan and choosing a more transparent and reliable protection or insurance provider. The laptop is great — but the OneAssist plan did not offer the support or clarity I expected.
