They freaking work
Listen... I don't care what anyone says about how they look or the "carbon fiber" pattern issue. I know from very personal experience these work. I had a low speed slide out on my K7 GSXR 1000 about 4 days after installing these. Bike went down on the right side and the slider did what it was supposed to. The slider puck broke in several pieces and the bolt bent. I literally walked away with a fairing scratch and easily fixed rearset brake lever damage. Couldve been much worse. For $23 it saved me about $500 in fairings and $600 in my Gilles rearsets. As soon as I rode the bike home, I ordered another set and just installed today.

Just get them already
They're not "No Cut", but they damn well work. Discovered this Tuesday when someone decided the intersection leaving a red light was the best time to change lanes right next to me. Saved the bike again from the exact same scenario earlier this year.
