Does this work on replacing a stone in a ring ?

I make fixed blade knives. I use this epoxy to glue handles on and it is extremely strong. I do pin the handles but the epoxy does not turn loose.

It would depend on the type of foam and cellular structure. Best to try on a small sample first.

My bike tires have holes, will this fix them?

I'm wanting to fill a gap between my porch and hte door, and add shells inside of it. Wll this work for that? Thank you

I am not exactly sure what you are trying to do. When mixed the epoxy is runny. Unless contained it will run off. However, if you are trying to embed shells into it, that you can do but it will have a slight tint to it and from my experience will break down over time being exposed to sunshine and weather.
