I purchased this massager because I struggle with sleep and in particular with falling asleep at bedtime. It definitely helps me to drift off and feels strange initially but nice and I love the heat and relaxing sounds. It is also very easy to use and I like the range of settings options and also that it tells you when it comes on or switches off if the volume is on. The massage also helps with my dry eyes. The negatives are that it is too noisy with the massage function on to use in bed when my partner is trying to sleep. Instead I wear it just before bed with the eye massage + heat + music function then wear it in bed with just the heat. It switches itself after 15 minutes at which point I take it off and can sleep. I have also had to cover the blue 'on' light with electrical tape as it is quite bright. The pressure feels strange initially but I like it now that I have become accustomed to the sensation and it feels pretty comfortable to wear. I wasn't aware how it worked when I bought it but it uses moving air pressure rather than massage 'prongs' so is safe on the eye sockets. It is very easy to use and even tells me when the battery is low. I am glad I got the version with the remote as I can peek at it when wearing the mask to change settings. It is otherwise the same as the basic model, which would have been absolutely fine too, as there are buttons on the mask with very slightly raised symbols denoting the function of each button. I purchased the mask on a whim as it was on offer but I am very glad that I did as it is one of the many things that help me with my disordered sleep.

I’m loving this .. it’s so relaxing .. the blue tooth is ok . The actual headset music is good .. but I definitely have felt a difference with my dry eyes and has reduced puffiness

Overall it’s an ok product. Pros: nice heat, relaxing, remote for easy use, good choices of music and option to connect to BT. Cons: pressure around eyes is a bit much but it’s nice on temples. Be better if you could adjust pressure at different areas. It’s on the heavy and clunky side and the sound of the air bags is a bit noisy. It’s on the expensive side.

There is no question this has helped my eyes- i was told to use an eye massager to relieve blocked eye lash pores/ glands/ somethings. Who even knew that was a thing- I just thought i had watery eyes. I use this twice a day and the effects were not immediate but they after a couple of weeks the effects are very noticeable and it is the only thing which has come close to working. The heat and massage are powerful and controllable, it's got bluetooth connectivity which maybe some people want but it's not the selling point. The selling point is its a good eye massager. I did have a problem with it after it developed a fault so I looked at the instructions to find a customer service contact email- the instructions proudly claimed "award winning customer service" to which raised a wry eye brow. But they were not wrong. They were fast, extremely courteous and helpful and I had a replacement unit delivered before most companies would even had read my message. Exceptional service befitting a great product.

I suffer from really bad dry eyes (medicated) and the optician recommended getting some sort of heat mask, but when I seen this also had a massage function I decided to go for it. I always turn the music off as it’s that kind of annoying spa music. My 1st use I decided to go all in, with intense pressure and high heat, it felt great but I did give myself two slight black eyes, lesson learnt, I now make sure it’s sitting right. I use it at least 3 times a week, and have occasionally fell asleep wearing it (not recommended). My dry eyes I think are a little better but it turns out it is fantastic for dealing with the daily tension headache. You can use it as heat alone, massage alone or both together and you can vary the intensity of the massage feature. It holds a good charge but does take a wee while to charge. It’s not too heavy but it’s a sturdy item and fits well. The noise isn’t too bad and is silent when using only the heat function. Really happy with this product and would recommend

My partner has been using it and seems happy with the product. The real test is when she has a migraine and uses it. Will see if it helps the matter. Quality wise its really strong, comfortable, had uts own music which is soothing so good product.

Pros: Design is good, foldable and easy to pack and carry, good use time on single charge, overa comfortable to wear, adjustable band for comfortable fit, charging speed is good, connect to phone via bluetooth and you can enjoy the music you like while massage! different modes of heat, volume and compression Cons: Slightly costly I think, The pressure and massage rotates between different patterns of compressions around temple and eyes for 15 min! I liked a specific pattern of compressions more than others! so during the massage when that pattern comes I feel relaxed and some other patterns make me uncomfortable! I wish there should be an option to set the pattern of compressions you like! Music is heard by anyone sitting close to you! vibration and sound of pump is a bit loud! overall: works okay! sometimes when I was tired it helped me sleep! I have dried eyes so for some reason heat and massage seems to help a little with that! Don't know why

Très sceptique sur ce type d’appareil, j’ai été agréablement surpris par la sensation de massage fournie. Je l’utilise assez régulièrement et trouve cela très agréable. Le petit bruit de fonctionnement n'arrive pas à gâcher le plaisir fourni … On peut tout paramétrer facilement, type de massage, température, musique … On peut également connecter à une source bluetooth pour avoir ses propres ambiances musicales. Je conseille fortement la version avec télécommande qui permet de changer facilement les réglages en aveugle. Vraiment des sensations très agréables … j’y retourne !!!!!

This is a nice, well-made eye massager from a company known for their quality (I also have their massage gun with hot and cold therapy). Unlike most eye massagers that claim to have heat, the high heat setting on this device actually does get hot, but not too hot. I love that! The new age piano music is soothing, though you have other options, including no sound. The hinged nose piece lets you bend the massager in half so it won't pinch your nose or leave marks; this is a major improvement over massagers without this design. The hinge also saves space to make the unit easier to store or transport. As for the compression, you get three massage firmness options, from light to medium to firm. The remote is a nice upgrade from the prior model and much easier than fumbling with the controls on the mask while wearing it. The massager speaks its on/off status at start and shut off and speaks whatever settings change you make so you can be sure you made the right adjustment. In addition, these changes are retained the next time you turn it on. This makes it idiot-proof. It comes partially charged out of the box and you need to fully charge it before first use. This takes maybe an hour or so. Future recharges from empty or close to empty could take up to 2-3 hours. The massager has a light that tells you when it is charging and changes color when it is fully charged. The one downside is my unit had a faint, unpleasant chemical factory scent out of the box. You may want to air your unit out for a day or two to get rid of it before use, especially if you use the heat function. Overall, this eye massager is a massive upgrade over other massagers on the market. It's been extremely helpful for getting rid of my headaches from too much screen time or worse, the occasional tension headache. I don't get migraines, so I can't speak to its efficacy there (check other reviews if you need that info).
