After tearing my meniscus, my physical therapist recommended I order a strap for stretching. The quality of the strap is top notch and I was able to effectively grip the strap while doing the stretches. The price point was amazing and was a great value for the money. It was highly functional and even came with a pamphlet with ideas and suggestions for use. This strap uses a nylon material that allows the stretch needed to perform any exercise. I feel so much better after using this strap. My meniscus is healing nicely and I will probably use this for other parts of my body as well, especially my tight hips.

Used a similar band in PT. I got the 1" which is a perfect size for me. It is a very soft but sturdy, good quality non-elastic band at a very good price. I've been using it now for a few weeks and still looks brand new. Very pleased with my purchase.

This is exactly the same type of strap I use at my physical therapist’s office. Works great for my PT exercises I have to do at home for my plantar fasciitis. I was disappointed with the colour. It turned out to be darker than the illustration. I thought it was pink, but it turned out to be dark purple.
