A great way to stretch. It's gonna help you flex.
Learned about this strap from my Physical Therapist, and have used it twice daily for a couple months now. Lightweight, but sturdy as can be. I've been using it to help pull my new knee into form - gaining more and more flexibility. This is an inexpensive investment that can make serious improvements for your health.

Good for stretching knee and calf
I use for stretching my calf and knee. I wish the holes were a bit smaller. They are so big I have to wrap it around my foot twice so it won’t slide out. It would have been nice to alternate sizes, one big one small. I make it work. Other than that it’s what I need it for. Nice and sturdy with a nice length.

Works as described
What can I say... It's a "stretching"strap that "stretches" YOU. The strap doesn't stretch. It's solid, no elasticity. Works as described. I Recommend it.

Knee bend strap for after total knee replacement
It was a great price and worked like the strap I used at PT after my total knee replacement. It is helping me get the 120 degree bend in my knee. I’m almost there.

Colour was not like the picture.
I was disappointed with the colour. It turned out to be darker than the illustration. I thought it was pink, but it turned out to be dark purple.
