Pretty good tasting gummies with 1000mcg of B-12 per two. 1000 is a pretty standard daily dose for B-12, which has become almost as widely known as D3 for deficiencies across the population. This Kids formula is identical to the regular B-12 gummies for adults -only the labeling appears changed. Nut free, gluten free, non-GMO. Not a lot of chemical soup and unpronounceables in the ingredients which is a plus as well. These are sweetened with Xylitol, which is a sugar alcohol and a refined sweetener, despite being allowed to be called "natural".
