I bought this frame as a comparison to others, as my diamond painting collection is getting larger and rather than keep adding to my portfolios, I thought I would take some time to stop painting and start displaying! This A2 frame was very reasonably priced in comparison to others of its size and to be honest, I wasn't expecting a great buy as this also came with a mount - usually that's an added extra. However, I was so pleased when it arrived! Extremely well packaged in its corrugated cardboard box, the frame had a polyester foam covering and then foam on each corner of the frame, all enveloped in plastic. I was very surprised that it is actually made of wood and not wood effect materials and that it already had hanging hooks for either portrait or landscape orientation; again some other frames I have purchased don't have these, or they are contained but you have to supply them yourself. There were 3 nails and wall fillers (like Rawl plugs) enclosed and this was a nice touch, although the frame has plexiglass and not real glass, so the frame is really lightweight for its size and I will probably use challenge strips or no show picture hooks as these have served me well on hanging pictures in the past. Combined with the other frames I bought elsewhere, I would probably need to move house before buying and hanging any more pictures, but I would certainly prioritise this one again as the value for money and quality are just fantastic 🙂

Good quality for price

These frames looks classy.

It's fine but a bit flimsy. Also the plexiglass had a small star-shaped defect in it but can't be bothered to return. Will made do until I purchase a sturdier frame with glass.

Packaged well, exactly as expected and perfect for where it was needed.

This was a total waste of money. The frame itself is of average quality, but looks good and is satisfactory. The big probelm with this frame is the acrylic "glass" that it comes with. It is covered on both sides with a thin film which you have to remove; however, removing this is extraordinarily difficult. One naturally tends to start at the corners, but what happens is that the acrylic cracks with almost the slightest of touches. It cracks very easily indeed and I managed to make a crack in three of the four corners before I managed to finally catch the film enough to pull it away. I bought the frame to hold a limited edition print as a Christmas present. Once framed I admit it was hard to see the cracks, but they remained noticeable to my eye, especially one of them, and I could not possibly give this as a present; so I had to cut my losses and throw it away. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS TERRIBLE PRODUCT.

Très bel article. Raffiné, beau, chic, raffiné, stylé. Je suis TRES satisfait. Dommage pas en verre véritable pour couvrir la photo.

did not come with hanging hardware, only an arm on the back to stand it up on a surface, so had to jerryrig something together to hang it. also: the double mats are a great feature, but they’re OFF WHITE—like a creamy white—and don’t even match the frame, which is a more true white. makes them look cheap and while the bleach-white frame matches my bathroom, the creamy off-white matting does not. super bummed.

The frame is not an 11x14 frame, so it did not work for the print I ordered it for.
