We bought this with our son so the following review is his:This is a good pc, although Windows wasn't activated as advertised, and I had to wait on tech support for 3 hours. When I did finally get through to tech support they solved the issue by giving me a new product key and it worked. Other than that, I had no other issues. I have since added a 1tb HDD and 8 more gigabytes of RAM. The product was advertised as including a gaming keyboard, but it was membrane so I didn't like it that much. If you're into membrane keyboards, thats fine, but if you don't, you might want to buy a different keyboard with this pc.

When i got this computer it was easy to set-up and start. When i played the games it preformed very well. Price is good as well.

I purchased this as a Christmas gift and it has already overpowered and entire system shut down. This product has been open less than 60 days and I’m still paying on it, worst experience ever, especially for $800 or more😡😡😡. I’m on disability and my money does not grow on trees

Got it during a black friday sale for a good price. Works well, runs most games without issue

Seems to run smoothly so far, starting downloading games and was extremely easy to setup within 10 minutes of opening box I was able to start customizing my pc

We bought those gaming system for our son for Christmas. He used it for a week and the operating system continues to disconnect the option for Wi-Fi. I know I have to have a technician come out to see if they can even fix this. Fingers crossed This is the only issue and it will work going forward.
