Tubes were mostly crushed when I received mine. You can't have a tube all bent up at the end and expect to roll a decent cigarette. Doesn't work.

The quality of the product is good. But one of the 5 cartons in the box was badly damaged, and one was slightly damaged.

I am impressed with the return policy and the eagerness of the business to resolve the issue.
