I’ve been using GHOST Pump for a few weeks now and it’s honestly one of the better non-stim pre-workouts I’ve tried. The pumps are very noticeable—full, tight, and long-lasting, especially during upper body workouts. It really helps with mind-muscle connection without any jitters or crash. The pineapple flavor is actually really good—sweet but not overpowering, and it mixes well with no clumping. I also like that it’s stimulant-free, so I can stack it with caffeine when I want or use it on late workouts without affecting my sleep. Price is a bit on the higher side, but considering the quality and how well it works, I think it’s worth it. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for better pumps and endurance without stimulants.

Ghost is always on point with their flavors, Peach was no exception. It really does taste exactly like those candy peach rings, I was very impressed. The actual effect was excellent too, I took just one and a half scoops (no clumping btw), not the full two scoops, and I felt the effects really kick in about a half hour later. Clean energy that helped me get through chest day. It also made me feel really great after the gym, more energy than I've had for an afternoon lift in a long time. This will be my new nightly pre-workout for the gym. Good stuff.

Love this product! The taste is amazing and definitely does the job. Very surprised with how well this works since it’s a non-stimulant product. I would highly recommend and have bought multiple times.

Not sure what I expected but the Natty flavor is awful lol. I just add a squirt of drink flavoring to offset the taste. As for performance, you will get a great pump!! I alternate preworkout depending on time of day. I use this for afternoons and Ghost legend for early mornings.

I was nervous to order the Natty (unflavored) version because of the reviews talking about how bad it tastes, but I'm glad I did! I was getting tired of making one drink for my protein + creatine + BCAAs and a separate drink for my Nitric Oxide booster. I'd rather them all be in one shaker. This is GREAT mixed with my chocolate flavored protein. Can't taste anything weird. I usually dump this in right after my creatine and they both dissolve instantly before I throw my scoop of protein in. No clumps, no weirdness in consistency. I started taking the nitric oxide booster to increase my circulation to help with getting blood flow and oxygen to my ligaments around my knees. I had a small ligament tear. I really think this helped me heal my injury faster (along with easy strengthening exercises and avoiding the causes of the tear in the first place.) I had been taking 2 steps forward and one step back in my recovery until I started this, and within about a month, it was completely healed. Circulation makes a world of difference.

This is by far the most useless nitric oxide booster I had ever tried. There is absolutely no increase in pump nor energy. Product claims "GHOST Pump formula, delivering a complete, all-out pump experience unlike anything we’ve tried or tested.* Ever". Well its true that it is unlike any nitric oxide that Ive used - EVER, Its the worst! Totally ineffective! This item is non-returnable once it is open. Save your money. Had to give it one star as Zero stars is not a choice.
