Is this item worth buying?

Yes, it has worked great for me, very stable, durable, and adjustable. I don’t think you can make long items on it, or I haven’t figured it out yet, if that is an option.

Is it adjustable enough to make a belt?

It can make belts 10CM wide and 42.5cm long. If you need to make it longer, you can divide it into two sections and join it in the middle

Can this be used with pony beads? Considering buying it

It can be used with pony beads but I would not recommend. It would be very bulky.
