Are EBL's low self discharge rate batteries like Eneloop?

Those EBL batteries are marketed as 'Pre-Charged' but they are NOT low-self-discharge type like Sanyo eneloop. I measured their self-discharge rate after 3 months of storage. They are discharging at around 10% every month! Sanyo eneloop, on the other hand, live up to the marketing claim of 85% after 12 months.

How long does it take to fully charge batteries?

Charge time is determined by the capacity of the batteries divided by charging current. The charging current of EBL 808A is very low at 200mA. So to recharge a pair of 2800mAh batteries at 200mA will take at least 14 hours.

Can you charge any brand of rechargeable batteries with this? Or only the brand of batteries that it comes with. Thanks.
