Love this product. Works great and no mess like with a conventional 3" hose. Easy install at least on my rig and comes with the on off switch and the water port to wash out your tanks. ( Note : Keep an eye on the water level for your waste tanks when cleaning out as you can flood out your rig pretty quick if you don't pay attention ) Pumps pretty fast at 12 GPM and easy clean up. Love it!!!

I wasn't expecting much from this relatively cheap pump, but I've had it for nearly a year and it's worked great. It will empty a 39 gallon tank through 100 feet of standard 5/8" garden hose (smaller than the recommended 3/4") in about 5 minutes. I've left it attached through multiple deep freeze/thaw cycles during the winter, fully expecting it to fail, but it still works great. If/when it breaks I'll just get another one and still be far ahead of the much pricier alternatives.

Have had to buy 2 of them because the cord burns out after a handful of uses and you have no option to just buy the cord and now I’m at the same problem cord 2 has quit working and no option still to contact the company or buy a replacement cord. And none of them that are sold by other companies work with this unfortunately because I’ve bought idk how many at this point. Idk if it’s the battery connection part or the other section that connects to that to the pump but pretty crazy either way I continuously have this issue and now again tanks are full with no way to dump

I just received the pump, just in time since I had 2 full RV tanks to pump. At first glance, pump seemed well made. Easy to install the clear tube and hose. Pump did it's job well, not as fast as claimed, but got the job done. I liked that it's quiet. It took about 15 minutes to empty a 40 gal tank, but I did run it 200 ft with an elevation of about 2 ft higher than the RV, so not much at all. I also didn't use the prescribed 3/4 hose, I used a 5/8" hose. The bad: The electric cord at 7ft is way short. With my truck parked next to the slide and door open, the cord was way too short to reach the lighter. I HAD to use the alligator clips directly from the battery. If I was at a campground with limited access, this would not work. I will keep the pump as it sealed well, did the job and was easy to clean. I'll splice in an extra 10 - 15ft of wire as I am comfortable doing it. If you are not, this might be a deal breaker. No use having a pump if it's a pain to get power to it... TIP: Fill some water in the tub or Grey tank to flush with once the black tank is empty.

I recently purchased this macerator pump to make waste management easier for my RV, and overall, I’m impressed. It handled gray and black water efficiently, grinding waste and pumping it through a standard garden hose without any clogs. The flow rate is strong enough to empty tanks quickly. Noise is noticeable, but not excessive—it’s about what you’d expect from a small motor and grinder. The unit feels solid and durable, and cleaning it after use is simple with a rinse hose connection. My only complaint would be the short cord.

It works! Watch out for hidden fuses in the 12V connectors. If you’re careful you’ll never spill a drop of black water.

We've always had to locate a dump station during or after our week long trips, and it's been nothing but a pain. Not to mention the cost. Then, once you are there, the rush begins because of course, you aren't the only one in line. More often than not, someone has left a mess that you have to try and avoid, as well. With this, we come home, put things away and tend to the tanks when we have time. I don't hook my supply water to the macerator itself, instead, I run it thru my black tank sprayer connector. Once the clear 3-4" long line that is hooked to the 3/4" garden hose I bought just for this had been run to my house cleanout, which I'm lucky is outside, I just connect the power to a battery and switch it on. You can tell when it's cleaned out and running straight water, so I exercise the valve a few times to make sure it is clean, let it run some fresh water into the tank to prevent piling, and that is that. It's fast, runs the full 100' over to my drainfield cleanout so it obviously handles the water capacity of the tanks, and with the length of cord I have it is easy to use. No leaks, tanks are drained clean, and I am one happy camper!!

First one did not work once arrived, appeared to be a motor problem(no current getting to it despite multiple sources). Returned without issue and ordered again, very glad I did. Pumped 3/4 full black, full grey(shower) and 1/2 of sink grey through a 5/8 hose 50' long. Never missed a beat and motor wasn't even warm to touch after complete. Super easy to use and very effective. Only thing would recommend is a cable extension to make powering it easier. Unless you have a DC connection close, then it would be non issue. Highly recommend

Don't buy this product it lasted 8 hours and ZEZGULER will not give warranty. Put it has a 3 year warranty

Used for 3 months (total of 10-12 times) then packed it up for the winter. Stored in a heated shop, pulled it out for spring and it won’t work. Husband opened it up to see if it was a quick fix and found the brushes inside all burned up. Worked great when it ran but sadly did not last.
