It is a great guide for the professional RN and offers terrific teaching guides to offer to our patients. I would definitely recommend this book to all of my RN colleagues. Very difficult to use in e-book form; excellent ease of use in the paperback format.
Exceptionally difficult to use as an e-book. I've requested a refund after hours and hours of trying to navigate through this. Very disappointed. I next purchased the paperback format and found it to be an excellent, organized and thoroughly informing reference for all medications. It is a great guide for the professional RN and offers terrific teaching guides to offer to our patients. I would definitely recommend this book to all of my RN colleagues. Clear, concise, complete information including interaction with other medications, supplements and even foods and beverages.

Buy this! There are lots of options out there, and most have similar content. The difference is the level of detail and organization of the information for each drug. This book makes it easy to find the information you’re looking for, quickly. Great for studying. The iOS app, in my opinion, is not worth the money because it does not reflect the same level of quality as the print book. Every Nurse, Med Student, Medic, and Doctor should have this.

A book every Nurse should have.
This is a very thorough book. I've been a nurse for over 20 years and I still have to use it both for drugs that have been around for years and new drugs. This book is very helpful in reviewing new drugs with all side effects and precautions when administering the medications. I would highly recommend it.

Must Have...
I order this book almost every year, and certainly at least every other year! It goes with me everywhere, and I keep my older versions at my work desk and by my computer at home. Every medical provider that doesn't know about it, ends up buying it, when they see how easy it is to quickly reference stuff...even my physician buddies. A PDR is a pain in the butt to use, and this makes clinical application and reference a breeze! Get one - you'll be hooked.

Best Guide For Prescription Drugs
I have tried different drug books but always come back to this one. This is the best! The easiest to understand, the best layout, easiest to read, and the one people call me about for a new drug. This is a household necessity for people taking prescription drugs.

had to look up a drug a family member was taking..could not find what I needed online so ordered this book...great info about the drug and how to administer it.

I love the layout of the book
I love the layout of the book, and the presentation is nice. It's very easy to read and to go through the different sections without having to look too hard. Other drug books I've used are just a black and white wall of text and put you to sleep or make it more difficult to find the information you desire. During my clinical shifts for nursing school, it has had every drug so far that I've needed to look up, along with the necessary information to provide to my instructor and to ensure I'm safely administering the medication to the patient.

Great Reaource to buy
It was s great resource for drug cards during my first semester of nursing school. The ONLY reason that I returned it was to get a refund. My prof gave me a drug handbook as a prize! Other than that, I would’ve kept it forever...or until the next update.😜
