Apple Late 2019 MacBook Pro with 2.6GHz Intel Core i7, 16 inch, 32GB RAM, 512GB SSD Space Gray (Renewed)

This has 32gb memory and 512ssd marked down sold in three different conditions good great and excellent quality and the lowest is what I purchased good at $368 and it works perfect sound is very good picture is very good quality as a whole is very very good!! U can do so much on this computer having 32gb memory and 512ssd it is a really great purchase!!

Just as described, the computer was in excellent condition. The battery had only 84 charge cycles, and there were a couple of tiny dings on the edges, but nothing significant. The keys looked like they had never been touched, in impeccable condition, with no scratches on either the back or the front. I’m more than happy with the purchase. The only detail, which doesn’t lower the quality of the product itself, is that the charger was defective. It wasn’t a problem for me since I had other chargers at home, but it’s something to consider if someone else wants to buy it. Other than that, an excellent purchase. I also wanted to wait a few weeks after using it to write this review to check its performance, and honestly, I have zero complaints.

This arrived with no signs of life but the exterior physical condition was really nice. A lovely corpse. Straight out of the box, no lights, no sounds. I plugged it in using the supplied charger (which worked when I tested it on another Mac we have) for 1/2 hour. Red battery icon briefly came on but then disappeared. Black screen. No sound. The return was a hassle. Had to drive to a place to get the return label printed then find a UPS store to return it. Also, this item had the seller listed as Chrome Source (whose customer service was very nice and helpful) when I bought it but was later changed to KOJAK after I made inquiries. I am assuming "Amazon Renewed Store" just sends the order to the nearest seller to the buyer for a similar item to be shipped in the least amount of time. So don't think you are getting the actual item described which is why it is stock photos in the item description and not the actual one you'll be getting. Don't think these items are tested before being shipped out. If it had worked, I would have been happy with it.

4 out of 5 laptops purchased worked without issues. 1 laptop had a trackpad that wouldn't click. I had to take out the trackpad and found there was dried sticky stuff underneath. Alcohol cleaned it up without issues and now the trackpad clicks without issues. Non-IT people wouldn't be able to do that, which sucks. All of the laptops have some scuffed display edges and noticeable scratches on the display lid. It's a bit more than I'd like. But everything works. 4 -5 stars since one laptop had to be taken apart.

NOTE: this review is preliminary as I received it and have played with it for 20 minutes. 1. Received it quickly. 2. Appearance is like a new product. 3. Started up after I let the battery charge for a few minutes. No problems thus far, connected to wifi and can surf. 4. I was pleasantly surprised to see the build date was dec 2020. 5. Charger is 3rd party. Overall, thus far, I couldn't have asked for more. It's almost like there is a catch waiting for me (I have zero faith in humanity anymore). If you want to save a ton and don't need the latest and greatest I wouldn't hesitate. I bought this for my senior mother and although I'm a Windows related engineer, I may buy one for myself for something to drink coffee and read the news with as Macintosh is stupid easy to use. A break form Windows would be a nice thing. Peace out.

Buyer beware! Advertising misleading as to being in "Excellent condition". The macbook works well and software and internals work fine I did have it evaled by Apple and it passed diagnostic. I was extremely disappointed in the incongruity of the advertising and conditions of the the external Case. It shows veey significant wear. Battery is at 258. It's shows used of course. I paid $1059 which is overpriced for the condition it's in. Reaching out to vendor to see if they can step up and replace it for less damaged model let's see what happens

The laptop was great while it lasted. I loved the screen size but it barely lasted me a year. It randomly stopped turning on in March 2025 and I bought it in April 2024. When I brought it to Apple they said it was due to logic board failure. The laptop would also have a tendency to get hot when using Adobe products and I normally needed to use a cooling pad with it to be safe.

La Mac llego en tiempo y en verdad no se le notan golpes o rapaduras. PArece nueva. El cargador en general, pero trabaja bien. Lo muy malo fue que este pedido lo hice a 12 meses sin intereses y me llegó el cobró total. El banco me dijo que lo podía diferir los cargos si la empresa vendedora no lo indicaba y en Amazon solo me dijeron que se había presentado un error a la hora de la compra????

La descripción dice que cuenta con tarjeta gráfica dedicada de video. No la trae. No la devolví porque me urgía utilizarla, pero contaba con que tuviera esa tarjeta para que corrieran mejor los programas de edición.

La revisé y ejecuté el análisis de diagnóstico de la MacBook y esta en perfectas condiciones. Viene la Mac y su cargador en una caja de cartón genérica. No tiene ningún detalle visible, a lo mucho unos rallones diminutos en la parte inferior que no se notan a simple vista. Es una buena compra y funciona muy bien.

Nunca había tenido una Macbook, pero hasta ahora estoy conforme con la compra. Muy buena calidad-precio.
