Okidata ML490 24-PIN IMPACT PRINTER

We have been using this printer for years and when the old one finally quit we bought this new one. Just plugged it in and started using it .. Such and easy transition and these printers last for years..

Simple set up, doesn't come with any cords my old cord from the previous Oki worked. Printing time is slower than expected but the print quality is worth it. Just need to check what ribbon I need to stock on.

We've used four of these printers in our office for label printing. Sometimes a little loud, but works perfectly for our application.

The seller is terrific but the quality of the oki printer has faded. The tractor pin guide is a hard brittle plastic and broke on first use. Don't know if it was just a bad one or all like that. We have several older ones that performed very well but the part was more flexable.

Better font control would have made this item a home run.

Very reliable and holds up well after thousands of forms over 6 years!

wrong packing no cd 300 series printers i needed a cd with 400 series printers it made me hard to install

This printer was listed as “new”, but is clearly a reburbished unit. The user manual is a photocopy of an original, the driver disk was not in original packaging and there was an optional connection that has me baffled as to how in the world you’d use or why you would use it. I had to download additional drivers to get to a point where my computer would even recognize it. Going to use it as long as I can and pray I get my money’s worth out of it.

love the new printer, its a great replacement for the older model I was using previously.
