is the bark the inner bark, outer bark or a mix? The inner bark is, from what I understand, what contains the healing properties.

I could not see any indication of source from any of the closeups of the box provided with the Amazon listing. I went to the Traditional Medicinals website (https://shop.traditionalmedicinals.com/Pau-dArco/p/TDM-000682&c=TraditionalMedicinals@Herbal) and there they also do not give any indication of sourcing. As of now, I suspect they use a combination of inner and outer bark BECAUSE they don't say - I believe if it were inner bark only (that's where the medicinal advantage is) they would say so, and loudly. Using the outer bark is cheaper but much less effective, and so my suspicion is that they do this but try to hide the fact. I would love to be proven wrong on this.

where is the tea made in ?

Reading from the box I currently have it says: ...dandelion roots are sustainably harvested from the wild meadows of Poland and Bosnia. Dug up, separated from the stems, leaves and flowers, washed and dried, the roots are then roasted whole before being cut up to be used in this tea. No definitive answer as to where made, but a little info....hope this helps.

Best One I've Tried

I have used this product for several years. It's not cheap, but the product tastes better than others I have tried and is always fresh tasting. Worth it to me. I drink it because of my history of kidney stones. I believe it helps. I have other dietary habits i employ to keep myself free of stones, so I cannot say that this tea alone keeps me free of stones, but it does contribute to my overall kidney health. I would definitely recommend it as the best dandelion tea that is out there.

I had just done some research on the medicinal qualities of dandelion and decided a tea could be my choice for incorporating/using! These were delivered quickly, price was fair and I actually love the taste. This tea works very quickly and may make you void a few hours after, or less, after consuming. I can already feel the difference in my skin and body organs the very next day! This is a keeper. Thank you. Hoping to see my skin improve by 50% and after the first try, I think doable (over 50 pre-menopausal skin/acne.)

Medicinal for people and animals

This is a good value. Truth dandelion tea tastes just like dandelion smells. Not pleasant but drop some creamer in there with honey or sugar to make better. Great for stomach and respiratory. I used it while I had covid. I did that because when dogs came down with kennel cough the mixture of organic honey and dandelion tea kicked to illness in 2 days.

Helps with gout

My husband takes this tea everyday for a year to keep his gout at bay along with tart cherry and celery seed. Over the last six months he lost weight but note he stopped drinking 2 to 3 beers with his dinner every nite. May have a beer once every two weeks. So I can not be sure the tea helped him lose weight.

Not a big fan of the taste

This is a good quality product according to my naturopathic doctor, but I can’t say I really like the taste. It’s not bitter at all, just kinda bleh.
