To the seller/manufacturer: i loved this fan when i got it. super quiet! 2 months later it's loud/rattling. i can show video. could you help resolve?

On each end of fan motors there is a bushing held centered by a piece of metal and between the metal and the bushing is a circular piece of felt soaked in oil. After 6-12 months use, the oil is used by the bushing to lubricants thr motor shaft and by adding some thin oil like Zoom turbine oil like 3-in-1 you can run these cheap motors for many years. This also applies to vacuum motors, and many other appliances. Built in obsolescence that doesn’t have to be.

Can it be opened to clean the blades?

Yes, you can open the fan to clean the blades. Always unplug the fan before cleaning. Do not allow water to drip on or into the motor housing. Thank you.

Can it tilt or oscillate?

Yes it can tilt, the black knobs on the side assist you with tilting and adjusting the fan. Its also has a 2 speed setting for your convenience. :)

How long does the charge last?

Does not run unless plugged into USB port
